Requested a few days off of work over 2 months in advance, I am required to ask if someone would cover those shifts and if no one can/will the time off still may be approved but could be denied as well. They do not offer any benefits or paid time off, which I find is unfair to deny my unpaid time off especially since I do not get PTO/benefits, and am requesting this far in advance. If denied, is looking for a different job/employer extreme?
