The management team / accounts / essentially all office staff have been asked to use a time tracking software to track our daily tasks and measure output. Has anyone experienced this before? General feeling is we are going to spend more time recording data than actually doing anything productive. 90% of team flick between tasks and aren’t able to sit dedicated on one thing for a few hours so it is going to be difficult.
