Just want to offer a reminder and a tip.

Best time to look for a job is when you have one.

Because

1. Don't put yourself in financial stress by quitting early.

2. Have a new job lined up and have plan to transition makes it easier physically, mentally, and financially

3. You won't be as desperate, so less likely to get fucked at new place, too.

4. Old job might counter offer.

Now remember u r doing it FOR YOU.

I'm all for fucking the bad people over but just make sure you don't put yourself in a bind by doing so.

Now if you really have to quit early because xyz, it's okay, because YOU make that decision. And no one can be judge of that since no one in your situation.

But do think about it before doing so and be prepare for what's to come.
