Ok, I do know how to tip in a restaurant (double the tax, round up), but other things. When ordering at the counter, that feels excessive. But nobody rushes you at a fast casual restaurant…
(Also, when I have to use that computer at the table to pay, that's just irritating.)
Ordering a drink, I usually tip $1 if I go up to the bar, $2 if served at the table. But I've been doing that for years.
Today I took a Lyft ($10) and the driver was super nice, drove me right up to my jeep, and I tipped $5.
I usually self park because I don't know how much to tip.
I'm not looking to be a good tipper, just an adequate one.
