Lemme preface with i and production are not the evils you think of when you think pharma
Ive fucking had it. First they try and force us to work o.t.. well thats illegal so we shut that down. Then they shaft us on our bonus, then they shaft us on our raise 2.5 instead of 2.7 OOoOOOo cost of living went up about 15 to 20.
Last week they force us to stay home because of.. reasons i dont wish to say because it basically advertises where we are but they were legitimate reasons to ask us to stay home. However they then tell us either we dont get paid or we have to use a vacation day. I called labour board, its legal.
NOW THEY HAVE THE BALLS TO BEG US TO COME IN FOR O.T.
Production doesnt have the balls to stand up for themselves, which in turn makes the mechanics look like whiny bitches when we do. I straight up told my manager, how is it my problem they dont stand up for themselves. It doesnt make us look whiny it makes them look weak. Anyways rant over
