I’ve been working at a health care facility for about 7 months, found out yesterday the new guy who started last month gets paid 2 dollars an hour more and we essentially have the same background masters degree and each about 10 years experience in our field. Obviously I want to go ask for a raise because of this shit, but I want to do it right so my company takes me seriously. Any tips on how I should do it? I also usually work offsite so email is likely the best communication to reach my bosses. Thanks in advance!
