It’s been only 2-3 yes since I got a full time job for corporates. Working in a tech industry.
My current company is good. Great colleagues, good salary. However, i’m now sick and tired of overall company culture asking me to do more and more. Even though i’m good at my main work, my manager wants me to initiate something new gaslighting i’m not good enough now. This is killing me. I dont think it will be different even if I go to another company.
I often think of quitting my job and just want to get some more simple job such as some physical labour. Just don’t want to come back to the office. Am I being too childish?
