Tired of extra effort, what should I do?

Hey all I wanted to vent. So I found out from my boss that they are refusing to give me a higher than average rating. Hey all I wanted to vent.

So I found out from my boss that they are refusing to give me a higher than average rating. It frustrates me since I've gotten the base level rating my entire time at the company.

Since I've been at my job, I've done the following work not related to my core job duties:
I've saved it from a lawsuit from the ADA for not having accessible training with transcripts and other core onboarding pieces.
Revitalized our employee event and engagement committee to reduce workplace attrition for in-person and remote employees.
Edited and authored a reference doc with the director of our department to be published on our website for clients.
Collaborated with upper management to reduce sales errors to create accurate pricing for clients and set adequate expectations.
Audited training documents and exercises to make sure they were up to date, accurate, and themed for real life scenarios.
Pioneered a process change with our vendors and lead and committee to pilot this
Maintained standardized documentation for dealing with our partners, alone with an escalation guide and contact form for these partners.

During this entire time, I've consistently gotten a 7/10 rating. Essentially it is our base level regular rating for employees.

Everytime we have a review process I get told the same thing. “Your metrics are amazing, you met your stretch goals/exceeded them.” You have handled some of the worst clients we have and tackled the biggest issues as committee work. Then they proceed to go along a 15-20 minute rant about essentially how awful my ADHD can be for them.

It's so frustrating and they have pulled entire committees out from under me because I “don't think about the grand vision and focus on the little details” which could also be due to me being a researcher and those details are important.

Should I just change jobs? I feel so unappreciated at work despite making huge strides internally and never really seeing any byproduct or reward for it.

The worst part to me is every time they rip me apart in our meetings, I've asked for things like action plans, opportunities to be mentored to improve my professional development. And yet despite these asks, I am continually ignored for these solutions or asks.
