Work at Honeywell and damn tired that they don't have a lunch policy but locally it is mandatory to take a one hour unpaid lunch in middle of shift – to extend coverage hours. If I am forced to be away from home x amount of hours I want paid x amount of hours. I tried taking my mandatory lunch as last hour of day and got put on warning – so that stopped. This should be illegal
