My boss is a small business owner. He is a cis male 50+. He has made so many comments to me and other people that are inappropriate. For example it’s summer time, it’s hot AF! We barely have AC or good air flow. One day I complained to him about the heat. He said “what are you going through menopause?” RUDE. I have heard him ask a female if she was pregnant for complaining about stomach pains. He belittles me. Calls me stupid etc. He constantly picks on the females. He is sexist for sure. Quit you might say. I literally can’t right now. I am barely surviving as is working this job. This economy is the worst!
