I’m leaving my job soon. Already found another one and I’m waiting to start that soon. Current job has been hell the last few months. Straight up harassment from management for speaking with HR over something HR themselves asked all us employees. I brought up an incident. Got hounded for it. Retaliatory style meeting where I basically just got admonished for an hour. Friends and family are saying just move on. I have an opportunity to report management to HR and upper management before I officially leave. Do I do this or just sail on to my new job?
