to give or not to give a 2 weeks notice?

Hey all! So here's the run down – basically my girlfriend has just started a job at a book store / Cafe chain. The work she is putting in is equal to fast food pay in the state but she is getting retail pay. The work isn't matching the pay return she could be getting from any fast food job. My girlfriend was also a shift leader at a coffee chain and an assistant manager at a local juice bar. She was lead to believe from the interviews she would be promoted rather quickly, and a few weeks into the job she's learning all of that was a lie, the managers are all up corporates ass, and her managers are already manipulative and are treating her poorly when she turns down covering a shift on an off day. Fast forward to today – a local coffee shop was just built 30 minutes closer to our house then the book store /Cafe. She emailed them and was already offered and interview within an our of sending based off her 3 years of batista experience.

Based off how she has been treated, it's clear a two week notice will be left with 2 weeks of passive aggressive treatment from the corporate boot lickers. She knows what would be best but could use some support.

So reddit, should she give a 2 weeks notice? 🤔
