To prevent a union, how much would it take to buy you?

So the topic of unions came up, and I just thought of a hypothetical scenario. If a group had to vote unanimously or a union at work wouldn't be considered voted down, how much would it take for the anti-union interest to buy your vote? Hundreds of thousands? Millions? Billions? Could they buy you at all? Seriously, put aside your ego for a moment, and think about the possibility of long term financial security and freedom. Could you be bought in this scenario?
