I’ve been a marketing manager at the same company for 7 years, and now that sales are down the pressure on me is insane…expected to work miracles on a budget of 0 and a team of 2. Was planning to leave at the end of the year to stay home with my baby but may do it sooner…the idea was to pay off some debt first. Totally checked out when I’m expected to be majorly checked in. FWIW I have not been happy at this job in years. Push it til the end of the year or go now?
