Today I found out my entire team is making thousands of euros a year more than me. We all started at the same time and have similar positions. I am furious. How do I talk to our boss about it?

So far I have asked my boss for a meeting. I know I need to put my foot down, and it is hard sometimes as a woman to do so. Any advice?

Thank you.
