Today I met the women who left my hospital for safety concerns

Today it was an odd day. I met the women who left my hospital for safety concerns. I had so many questions and wanted to talk, first time in this city that I met someone that I felt connected with on a professional level. She seems happy where she is now even though they do the same crap as our hospital. I just didn’t know what to say I just felt some sense of belonging after meeting someone who didn’t lose their soul nor ethics even with this pressure in this city. The supervisor talks crap about her but he laughs with her in her face. They don’t like her much for standing up for safety and she seemed like she doesn’t know.
