For Context: I transferred to another location per corporates request almost two months ago. Upon transferring I was promised a $2 pay raise. I let the new location know that once school started I’d need to go down on hours. First week of school they scheduled me 42 hours I reminded them that I requested to go down on hours. She said the next schedule would reflect my updated availability. I work the hours because tbh we don’t really learn too much the first week. Second week I’m scheduled 29 hours (she said it’d be 25 or less per my availability the week before this.) I remind them again and let them know I’ll do the 29 this week only because it’s 4 more hours. Week number three I’m scheduled 39 hours and on a day I’m unavailable to come in. My pay raise hasn’t kicked in and she’s unwilling to decrease my hours. Not only am I being scheduled outside of my availability I’m making less than what I was promised.
