I work at a job where I’m a salaried employee. My boss here is the same boss for a job I have where I’m hourly. In order to work those night gigs I need to leave work 3 hours early. So I take off one PTO day (let’s call it Friday) a week. I still work everyday, including Friday to make up for my hours I would miss bc of leaving early.
