Told at orientation that joining a union is, “Disrespectful.”

I work in trucking. They took us all in a room and made us watch a video. The video explained the company's anti-union stance and the joining of a union is disrespectful to the owners, management, etc. After work, my peers and I got a good laugh about that video. Those right wing convoys don't speak for all truckers
