I told my manager a couple of weeks ago before they went on leave that I want to start working less when they come back.
Apparantly next month is going to be super busy and they are saying I might not be able to go down in hours until the month after.
I want to quit but that means I would still have to work full time until then for 3 more weeks.
Can they force me to stay in my position as full time employee?
I have already started an online course and wont have time to work that much.
