Too much focus on the high profile CEOs (Musk, Bezos, Zuckerberg types)and not enough on the bureaucrats in HR and board members.

How about raising the profile of the people in corporations who are really setting policies; the HR VPs & officers, as well as board members? Get their names in the media and challenge their approach to operations that are dehumanizing.
