Hello guys! I need your help. I started working at my current job in mid June and since then there have been a huge amount of changes which, of course, means people in my position have to handle more tasks
I recently found out that I am currently making at much as everyone else which is around $18/ hour. When I initially got hired the position was minimum wage with possibility to $18 depending on experience. Well now the position is going for STARTING $18 up to $20.50.
Judging by how fast I’ve been able to learn and the fact that I literally help train and support my coworkers who have been there longer than me, I’ve been thinking of asking for a raise. I’ve never done that so I don’t know if 3ish months is too soon and if not how should I phrase it lol ?
I have a about 2 years of management experience in a different background plus almost 3 years in my current field.
Any help would be greatly appreciated ! I just want this money with less work
Edit: not sure if it matters but I’m currently part time and potentially looking to become full time 🙂
