Title says it all really, I quit my job on Christmas Eve for a job that pays less but offers 3 days work from home. To put that into perspective, that's an additional 6 hours per week I'm not commuting or wasting my time sitting at work during lunch. Definitely a worthy exchange imo, companies that are stuck in the past and forcing work from the office aren't worth working for.
