Two weeks ago i got a text from work asking to fill out a survey on my work experience. This is the third or forth I’ve been asked to do in two years. I was pretty scathing in the review as i’ve put up with a lot and made complaints to HR without anything being done to fix the problems, but rather pushed my transfer to go through faster to shut me up.
I was told on Friday that HR wanted to have a chat with me by my manager but wasn’t told when. After lunch i asked my manager and she said she’d ask our administrator since they also wanted to sit in on the meeting. They tried to make it happen that day, but no ones times matched up. Its been pushed to Monday and I’m interested to see how this goes. Luckily they can’t really fire me outright since I’ve kept records of all my complaints and being ignored.
I honestly don’t know what they’re going to say or ask of me, but I’ve expressed my problems and really have nothing else to say at this point. Can’t wait to get paid to sit and hear excuses.
