Torn about job and offer

I have been working at my current job for about 6 years now. Back in Jan we got our raises… $1500 a year. I was beyond pissed since all of the things we did were just overlooked. One co-worker went ballistic on the spot and managed to get an additional $500. Me on the other hand I just signed the papers, went to my office and just started dumping resumes out. 3 weeks later I have an offer, I just had to meet hiring manager as a formality and I had the job making 70K. I decided to tell my boss “Hey just to let you know I’ve been looking, this is why (laid out all issues and said the $1500 was an insult) be expecting my notice within 2 weeks”. My boss and I are on REALLY good terms so I did this purely out of respect for them.…

My boss and I are on REALLY good terms so I did this purely out of respect for them.

She goes to HR and tells them what I told her, they give me a huge raise (17,000) to keep me so now I’m up to 69k.

Recently I had someone reach out to me and they REALLY want me, they are offering 79k, sign on bonus, retention bonus, and 18-20% annual performance bonus. (Basically I’ll be at about 100k first year after all bonus are paid).

This got out and boss caught wind of it (wife said something while on speaker in my office) and was upset she then told me she is planning on putting me in her position when she retires in a couple years.

Now I’m torn between staying where I am, it’s a great company, or taking the new job.

New job work from home, travel 25% of time and go into office 1-2 times a month about an hour drive away.

Current job 15 min commute each way no traveling.

Not sure what to do.
