I work for a family business and I didn’t do college in pursuit of it, I’m not the oldest or “highest ranking” member of the family so it’s no surprise I didn’t get my dream job off the rip but I year later I am miserable. Working at least 4:30-2:15 everyday and sometimes 3-2:30, I’m very underpaid, and I don’t like the position I’m in now even though I like the company. I wanna quit but don’t everyone to be mad at me for it even though I plan to come back just not doing what I’m doing. Please help with some advice I can’t do this to much longer.
