Toxic hotel workplace

I moved to Ireland last year and I have found a job in a hotel working as a receptionist as I have a Diploma in Hotel management and also a Degree in Tourism studies. The manager was super nice to me in the interview but the second I started, she showed her real true self. I don't even know where to start from first of all, we do so so many tasks unrelated to front office. Such as taking care of all the social media pages, writing and printing the daily menus, we also take all payments for food and beverages items ( rather than they pay at the restaurant or bar) and we also respond to all management emails and such.

However, if you make a mistake, it could be a very small error, you would get called names such as you're a donkey, how silly you are, you have the brain of a gold fish, and lots of other nice adjectives. Also all the managers are so rude, they never say hello or do just basic chitchat. If I am even 1 minute late for work, I would never heard the end of it. I'm always literally 10 minutes early for my shift. I am very professional and all the guests and tourists love me I'm very friendly and chatty and I don't like to brag but I am very good and also had good reviews from guests about me. Also if a guest runs away without paying, we have to foot the bill. If I do contest it as sometimes I don't see then leaving the restaurant, they just tell me that's your responsibility.

The thing is, I have studied many years and I am able to speak 5 languages and it was a really big move for me and then I arrive in this hotel and all management treat us like crap. I honestly feel like my morale is shattered and I am really starting to feel that I am really this stupid or not good at my job ?

I have been applying to many other jobs like crazy and finally I found a good job in customer care and I passed the first interview but I have 3 more interviews until I officially get the job. Needless to say, I am so anxious and stressed and I'm desperate to get this and I'm scared I will fuck it up.
