Would it be possible to form some type of organization that donates to help mistreated employees leave toxic work environments? Or does one already exist? I’d gladly pay $5 a month to someone who needed out of a bad position like that. If you have a big enough group, it’s definitely possible to supplement someone’s pay until they can get a better job. I’m sure it’s much more difficult than that, but just a thought.
