Training for a being a mail carrier includes videos of babies getting killed by trucks…to promote safety rules no one has time to follow with bosses yelling to get more done

I keep having nightmares about this video. I 100% understand promoting safety but if they really want to promote safety, management needs to stop telling employees to work faster. It’s a circle of bs and they are the problem. The root problem is no funding too, even for new trucks to replace ones that keep EXPLODING. One of my on-boarding papers we were made to sign was an agreement not to strike, either. I won’t name the company’s name but it’s all bullshit every where it seems, anyways. Should I quit? Won’t it just be shit elsewhere too? Every new job is a new flavor of garbage.
