Training your supervisor

I’ve been in two situations at the same company awhile back, It involved me training a supposed logistic coordinator from a bigger company to be our logistics coordinator. When he quit there was two lady’s in our call center and me who’s been there longer and worked in every department of the store while also being the lead truck driver. I asked for the position which I felt I deserved. Instead they give it to one of the call center ladies and ask me to show them the ropes. I put in my two weeks and told them as nicely as possible to go fuck themselves. Fast forward to an interview at a lackluster place where the hiring manager who acted as if I was interviewing for apple said that training a replacement or someone who’s supposed to be a higher up is completely normal and that I may have…
