This was not me, but to summarise:
The CEO started the call (imagine a corporate AMA) and decided to virtue signal about Ukraine by reading a part of the lords prayer.
Then they went on to brag and more virtue signalling about the gender pay gap being “addressed”
Then this guy pipes up and says something like “So do you encourage people to talk about how much they are being paid to make sure everyone is being paid fairly?”
The look on the CEOs face after he realised what he just read out on autopilot mode, he then says “I think everyone already does (they don't) if I did say yes, that's all anyone would talk about and nothing would get done.
He then repeats his mistake by reading the next comment out where another person says “The only person who benefits from not talking about your pay is your employer”
Ceo said something like “I don't believe that's true”
I'm thinking of course YOU don't.
