Try your best to justify 40-hour, 5-day, work weeks like your boomer CEO would. Here’s mine.

It's important to have an office and people filling the office. It creates a workplace culture and if you fill it with hardworking individuals, they will drive each other to be better. Yeah… expect all of us do about 4 hours of work a day, max, then we just sit around depressed and hating you for setting the expectation to be busy whenever big boss is around. It creates unfair, unnecessary pressure than can only be relieved by faking work… where's the benefit. I swear older bosses cream themselves when it comes to their offices looking busy. More than the happiness of their employees… Bonus: What incentivizes you to work hard at home? No one works hard at home. I need money to live and don't want to get fired. Is that not why we all work hard?
