One place I interviewed at has awesome hours, but their way of keeping track of new patients and things that need to be done is really poor. It's all on paper. They are majorly backed up with work. They only have health insurance. Employees were kinda dull and didn't interact with me during the working interview.
Second job admits to being extremely understaffed, but the staff was really friendly and easy to get along with, and open on what was to be expected and how it would be busy. They're corporate, but I was surprised that they had insurance but no 401k.
It seems the only high paying, legit WFH jobs I can grab are at temp agencys.
People who work healthcare, is this the norm rn? I've been gone from it for 2 yrs. I feel like I should just take the temp jobs. I'm on a time crunch due to 'quiet quitting' at my job and being put on a PIP due to it lol.
