Trying to interview and switch careers

This is literally impossible. I am a well respected, highly trained home care aide applying for jobs that are not exactly home care, but various adjacent fields I am still heavily qualified for (home care sucks butts, please high five or hug or buy dinner for any home care aide you know). I'm getting turned down at every corner because I won't work 50-60+ hours a week, or I want one day off a week to spend time with my family. Home care has gotten so draining and exhausting I can't do it anymore and maintain my sanity. You can't have boundaries or say no. I just recently worked for 48 hrs straight with no relief recently. I need suggestions or an over the internet hug.
