Trying to leave retail

Hello all! I lurk on this sub often. I want to leave retail by the time I hit my 30s, I know as a woman with a disability I have limits and try to show that I can overcome obstacles but…it's becoming mentally and physically draining. is there a way to get say…a data entry position without a degree? Or are there other jobs with minimal human interaction I can get into? I'm willing to get myself a laptop (finally) and learn. I have been in a cycle of getting retail jobs over the years and even tho the pay is better than the last place I worked, I seriously feel that retail can be soul crushing even if the environment is better than another store. I know my limits, I am a 113lbs woman, I temporarily worked warehouses and yeah the pay was ok but my body was strained and bruised. Sorry to sound whiny, but I pray I get a less socially interactive career when I get older. I will take any suggestions any of yall have. Anything helps, I'll research it.
