Simple question here. I have a job offer that wants me to sign before the 7th. I haven't told my current employer yet. I have a ~$10k bonus from last quarter that I'm owed but they don't process the bonus until the 15th and they don't pay out the bonus until the 22nd.
So my question is: if I put in my notice before the 15th does the company still need to pay me my bonus from last quarter?
I'm in CA. I am a sales rep selling education technology. Please help. I'd really like to not leave this money on the table. Thanks!
