So I got hired by this construction company as an office field clerk to help with a turn around for a refinery. I have zero or had zero clue what that even was. They are completely un-organized and have some of the most wasteful methods of tracking projects, cost and employee pay. Everyone in the office has an attitude and the blame shifiting and lack of teamwork is deplorable. Has anyone else done this kind of work? If so any advice is welcome. I do not know wtf is going on day to day half the time. Is managment like this normal for a job like this?
