I turned down a promotion a week ago and it was the best decision I've ever made. $15,000 is not worth any amount of my integrity. Especially for a company that screws their employees and a mushroom manager who can't find his head out of his ass, but those are tales for another day. For now I get to watch everything crumble with a smile on my face and my building and staff still doing great.
