I have a question. I once worked at an office supply store. After working there for 3 years, I put in my two week notice. As I said I was quitting, my manager said that he wasn't going to put me on the schedule for the next two weeks. I was part time and technically needed those last few hours before I switched jobs. Was that a valid thing he did? Did he have a right not to schedule me for my last two weeks? Or did he technically fire me? I'm in Minnesota, if that matters.
