I have been working as a help desk technician, well really a front desk attendant. For no reason they fired me. No write ups, haven’t been reprimand, didn’t even receive my employee review like I was supposed to. The work I would do would be celebrated and then I’d have that role taken away. And on Friday before my shift even was over, I received a call and was told today was my last day. I thought I’d finish off m shift but no…..my computer got off-boarded immediately. So yea. They will not give you any notice before taking away your income, don’t hesitate to take your labor away.
*But tbh I’m glad they fired me. I can apply for unemployment and food stamps which will provide a more fulfilling life in this city than that job did.
