So I was able to get a 20% salary increase for my new job. Bigger company and better benefits. Then I realized, I would be earning every cent of that salary increase as the team went from 7 full timers to 5 full timers including myself. Company townhall also said they had an amazing Q2 but are now tightening the belt to prep for recession. Gulp.. been extinguishing fires ever since I started. Plan to leave in a year. No loyalty to no company.
