(UK) Leaving my job as a registered nurse to work bank shifts due to health reasons, then getting guilt tripped to stay longer and pick up 13 hour shifts instead of 8 hour shifts

13 hour shifts aren’t healthy especially in a healthcare setting. It was one of the reasons I got sick. 3 bank shifts in and I got guilt tripped as I’m only doing 8 hours, and apparently leaving all the other shifts short. I work on a bank agency, so I fill shifts that can’t be covered by the unit staffing. The shifts were put out as 8 hours. I don’t appreciate being guilt tripped into more working hours than I choose.
