(UK) Minimum holiday, minimum wage, minimum pension contribution… these aren’t “benefits.”

The job market in the UK is in the absolute pits at the moment and I find it hilarious seeing jobs advertise their benefits as the LEGAL MINIMUM they’re allowed to offer. Not to mention that 9-5 with an hour lunch seems to now be 8-5 with 30 mins lunch. What is going on? How are they getting away with this nonsense?
