Underpaid compared to other workers? What the heck should I do?

Working as usual, was told my days to be moved to cover the work. My usual days are Mon – Fri, it’s now moved to Sun – Thurs Which I already didn’t like but my contract was any 5 in 7 so I had no power. Now I signed the form saying I understood and accept the change in my work days. It said my wage will be the same whilst working during weekend. I’ve raised this but manger said everyone’s the same so I accepted and signed Only to find out couple of days, my other worker DOES earn more during weekends What can I do, I’ve signed it etc so I have no power?
