Underutilized at work

I’m new to a small construction company, other than my boss, I am the only person in the office. When I started, there was a lot of busy work that I needed to do to get the books in order. Two weeks later, I have nothing to do. My boss leaves for hours everyday, and when she is here, she is so busy on the phone I can’t get a word in before it’s time to clock out. I email her asking for more work, no response. In the past two days, I have been in the office for 16 hours and worked MAYBE 30 minutes. I never know when she’s going to come back so I literally just sit at my desk trying to look busy. I wanted a more chill job but it’s driving me crazy, I have a lot of experience and skills and wish I could…
