Hello! So I started a new job a few weeks ago and it just feels wrong. So I work at a car rental company, specifically in the return area. My job is to go from location to location make sure the return agent is marking all the damages so that we can bill the customer. Seems simple right? The issue is, in most cases, we charge the customer but do not actually get the car fixed. It feels like we are scamming customers.
