Hey yall, this is an update to another post I made about a week ago.
Anyway, in my last post, I was talking about how my manager was scheduling me almost twice as much as i initially agreed to.
Well, update!
I changed my hours last week so that I was ONLY available for 25 hours max. I pretty much gave them no wiggle room to schedule me any extra hours.
And I don't think my manager liked that very much, because after changing my schedule they pretty much gave me constructive criticism about my work performance, and by that, i mean criticism with nothing constructive. (they told me I needed to be better and when i asked where and how specifically i could improve, they just said vague things that were not useful) and then moved me to work in the WORST departments, the ones no one likes to work in, until i “improve”
on top of that, I checked my new schedule and, even though they didn't OVER schedule me, they scheduled me outside of my availability- they scheduled me in the evening when I only agreed to work in the morning. (can they even do that?)
Anyway, I don't hate the work i do, and i like my coworkers, but this is kind of bullshit. So, I'm looking for other jobs and once i find one I'm leaving, no question.
