My aunt works at Unilever and constantly complains about how her desk is always flooded. She gets the work of those who do not do the work and slack off. She has the job of 2-3 people with how many desks she manages.
She just told me tonight she applied to another job for more money. Unilever declared her as a “unreleaseable” worker and refuses to let her go. I’m absolutely furious for her. She makes barely 45k a year and constantly is forced to work overtime. She is literally stuck as a job because she is viewed as “valuable” but gets treated like shit. There’s no way they can’t refuse to let workers go.
