When looking through the post on this site ,I notice some big diffrence between diffrent countrys view on Unions . Or the Bosses view on the Union . And a question . What Union are your Bosses in ? In Sweden many of them are in https://www.ledarna.se/ All the Bosses i have had say the same thing . “I rly dont like pp that are not in a Union ” Becuse the lack of worker laws concerning pay in sweden. Make the pp outside the Union very unpredictiable.
