My job is not great, yet it is far better than the train wrecks alot of you describe. And the reason for that is my union. My management is incompetent, they lie and deceive until you send an email “Per the CBA, you are in violation of article 4.6. This needs to be fixed immediately. The CBA is a legal document signed with the employer and it is illegal to not honor once all parties have signed.” Shit gets fixed. Quick. If you don't already, have a plan to unionize at your workplace.
